- New Address
element: VendorParties/Manufacturer

element: CustomerParties/Consignee
- isTest and isDuplicate
now not only as attribute of the root element, but also individually for
each document inside the xml, for example �Bill�. Note that up to now,
each document has it�s own xml, so this is
cosmetic.
- Many small
changes in order to make the xsd more
JAXB-friendly, for example to get real enums
rather than strings without predefined constants.
- Enhancements
in order to support the SwissUPIX standard, which is used for bills and
credit advices among utility companies and between utility companies and
their customers.
- New PeriodOfService element for each line item (located
below MiscDataLineItem)
